| There have been countless productions of the Charles Dickens tale of redemption, including the latest Jim Carrey version from Disney. In our opinion, none of the films comes close to capturing the "essence" of the story than this one. Alistair Sims brilliant performance as Scrooge was his career best. Christmas wouldn't be the same if you didn't see this one with the family. | |
